About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overhauling the credit union's strategic approach, instilling a new vision, and enhancing the organization's culture. A progressive and forward-thinking executive with a strong background in executive leadership, particularly in a financial services or credit union environment, is ideal for this position. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' executive leadership experience and a bachelor's degree. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial services, particularly in a member-owned or cooperative setting. The ideal CEO will be a dynamic leader with the ability to drive change, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the credit union remains a trusted and community-focused financial institution.
