Position Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and professional Sales Associate to join our team at our luxurious Dallas showroom. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class customer experience. You will assist clients in selecting the perfect luxury vehicle, showcasing the latest models, and providing expert guidance on features and financing options.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in our upscale showroom, ensuring a high-end experience that reflects the luxury vehicles we offer.
  • Assist clients in selecting the perfect vehicle to suit their needs, providing exceptional, personalized service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicles, features, and industry trends to better educate and guide customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, demonstrate vehicle features, and arrange test drives.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Work closely with the finance and management team to close deals and meet sales targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous luxury automotive sales experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in high-end or luxury goods.
  • A passion for automobiles and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
