Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Santa Fe is now hiring Automotive Lube Technicians who are ready to get their foot in the door and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$23 per flag hour
Full-time, stable hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
Replace oil, air, and cabin filters
Check and top off all vehicle fluids
Inspect tire pressure and perform basic safety checks
Assist technicians and service advisors as needed
Maintain clean, organized work areas
Follow all dealership and manufacturer standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
No experience required we will train the right person
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Reliable and team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
