As an Auto Claims Representative, you will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, managing many moving pieces with strong organizational and time management skills. You will speak with customers who have been in an accident and need help, delivering service that treats customers as you would want to be treated. Responsibilities Act as a licensed claims adjuster and guide customers through the auto claims process from start to finish. Engage with customers who have been in an accident to understand needs and provide solutions. Maintain strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Represent the Liberty brand and deliver on our promise in interactions with insureds and claimants. Collaborate with teammates and adapt to different environments and schedules (office or home). Qualifications Engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers. Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers in a virtual environment. Excellent oral and written communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong typing and multi-tasking abilities in a structured paperless work environment. Experience with multiple systems during virtual training and claims handling. Understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders. College degree preferred, or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
