Description The Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls restaurant, Kindred Spirits, is looking for the right person to be a evening server and bartender. The right person must have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude along with an outgoing personality. Come join our team in the beautiful setting of the Hocking Hills State Park.
This person must be detail oriented and be able to accurately prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They must maintain a knowledge of different types of spirits, wines, and beers. They must also be able to create signature cocktails and other specialty drinks as needed.
Customer service is a must and this ideal candidate will be able to provide friendly and efficient service to all customers. They must address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities - Provide warm, attentive service and create a positive dining experience for guest
- Accurately prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Greet and seat guests promptly, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals efficiently
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen about guest needs, including allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests
- Maintain knowledge of different types of spirits, wines and beers
- Create signature cocktails and other specialty drinks as needed.
- Be a Team Player, support teammates by helping where needed, whether thats refreshing drinks, running food, or assisting with dishes during busy times
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications - Previous server and bartending experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome
- Detailed Oriented and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Dependable, punctual, and able to stay organized during busy morning service
- Ability to stand and move efficiently for several hours at a time
- Willingness to learn and take direction while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Accountability in inventory and processing payments
