Seeking an Accountant with years of experience managing the GL, journal entries, and month-end close responsibilities. Ideal applicants will have experience from a construction/real estate development background- WIP and scheduling bank draws, or coming from public accounting with construction clients. Responsibilities Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules for development projects Prepare and support bank draw packages and lender reporting requirements Perform account reconciliations, including bank accounts and project-related balances Month-end close, including preparation of financial statements Monitor project budgets vs. actual costs and assist with variance analysis Work closely with development, construction, and project management teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required 3–6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development or construction Strong understanding of job costing, WIP accounting, and development project accounting Experience with bank draw processes and lender reporting strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr John Evans Recruiting
