Your learning journey.

Step 1: Login

User accounts are created and maintained by the Technical Support team. To avoid suspension of your account, please ensure that your password is changed upon first login and that your password is not shared amongst other team members.

Step 2: Complete your profile 

Complete all required fields on your profile including your ICA membership number which you would have received together with your login details.

Our learning hub is designed to be personalised to your learning journey. To help you get the best possible experience, please complete our global competency skills assessment. The assessment serves as a guideline to help you identify areas of development. Based on the outcome of the assessment, we will recommend content to help you on your learning journey which may include reading professional articles and other content available on our learning hub. 

You may also select your own content by using the filters available on the learning hub. 

Your goals can be both professional and personal either based on specific requirements from your professional body or key performance areas.

Your line manager will need to approve your skills assessment or suggest changes and alternate weightings. Your line manager will be able to do this in his/her “workspace”. 

As part of your membership to the Compliance Metaverse, you will automatically qualify for an associate membership of the International Compliance Association, the global compliance professional body situated in the United Kingdom. As part of your membership, you are required to complete 35 hours of CPD per year. Once you have completed 35 hours you can apply for your Certified Practitioner Status.

The learning hub contains micro learning content across different categories and compliance disciplines.

These categories and disciplines are updated regularly in light of the evolving regulatory landscape.

Step 5: Short Courses 

Our short courses cover various compliance topics and are designed as micro-learning units which are non-credit based. These courses are accredited by the International Compliance Association, a foreign professional body.

Step 6: Add content to your CPD log

Once you have read content that qualifies as a CPD activity, you have the option to add it to your CPD log.

Step 7: Track your goals and progress

As you complete content and add it to your CPD log, you will be able to “track your professional and personal goals” in your "workspace".

Your line manager will be able to review your progress.

Step 8: Submit your CPD log to the International Compliance Association 

Your CPD log will automatically be submitted to the ICA at the end of your CPD cycle (June of every year). Whilst the ICA's CPD requirement is 35 hours of professional development,we recommend completing additional hours

Step 9: Ongoing professional development

Content in the learning hub is unlimited and new content is added weekly to ensure that you stay abreast of current and emerging developments.

  7. As a member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), you undertake to adhere to the ICA’s Code of Conduct which can be found here.

  9. As a platform provider, Navigate Compliance may earn a referral fee from training providers listed on this platform. This fee is in terms of a contractual arrangement with the training provider. 
  10. The training fees displayed on this platform may fluctuate depending on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of invoicing. 
  11. The training fees displayed on this platform may contain discounted rates which are only applicable for enrolments made through Navigate Compliance. Should you elect to enrol directly with the training provider, these discounts will be forfeited.
